 Not as good for psoriasis Mar 26, 2011

My 6 yr old son has guttate psoriasis. We bought the Body Shops hemp body butter 1st and it worked great at keeping the flair ups and redness down. But the smell is horrible. So the 2nd time we bought this and were super excited because it smelled great. But it lacks the thickness and healing properties of the body shops body butter. It works fantastic for plain old dry skin and hands tho and has a wonderful scent. A sort of banana smell. So I give it 3(ok) for scent and moisturizing, but I believe it doesn't contain enough of the actual hemp healing properties that we were looking for. We will go back to the stinky stuff for that. :)

I received this as a gift a couple of years ago and being I'm no young chick my skin on my legs and arms needed repair and this product works!! I than couldn't find it in stores anywhere. I did find it on line but soon after I ordered it it was no longer available and i panicked. Went to Amazon and there it was what alife saver. Now, at least I know my skin will stay smoothe and soft all winter long and I even use it all year long. It smells good and leaves skin not only touchable but you can really see the difference. Anyone with aging skin should try this, it goes a long way and sinks into skin so you never feel greasy.

I simply love this intense moisturizer. It is creamy, applies smoothly and stays with me all day. It also has a pleasant smell. I really like and will continue to purchase this product.

This is the first time I have ordered the cream. I have been using Hempz moisturizer with great success, but now finding the cream is such a bonus. For dry heals and elbows, and low humidity days, this is a great product!
