Cap tip doesn't come off May 16, 2011

You have to unscrew the entire cap to get the lotion out. I thought most lotions have a small hole at the top with a flap or something but this one doesn't.
Maybe I'm missing something but the vendor nor the manufacturer responded to my inquiries, since there are no instructions.
Oh, and in case you're wondering, this is for outdoor tanning only. Yeah, doesn't say that anywhere else other than the back of the bottle.
